It shows you're not just trying to sell them—you're trying to solve their problem. That builds trust, and trust leads to repeat business.

Bottom line: There's a railing system for every project. Just be honest about the trade-offs. And if you're ever in doubt, give yourself a 48-hour buffer—it's saved me more times than I can count.
